Condition: Mostly near-pristine, original 'as new' condition. Full margins. No tears, folds, or foxing; Unbacked. Never framed. A few prints have uneven toning (#4, #11, #24). A few prints have some slight creasing (original to the paper - as examples see prints #19, 20, 28, 37). Folder tissue covers have some discolouration (very often seen on Unsodo-published items). Comments: All prints carry: Artist's seal within the image area; Title in upper left margin. Publisher, printer and carver seals in lower left margin. Each print was carefully printed in 15 to 20 steps. Originally sold by the publisher at price a of 288,000 yen! Blocks carved by Nagashima, Okura, and Bunju. All prints were printed by Shinmi. Print #26 is without its folder.
