Condition: Mounting and silk surround are near-pristine. Painted area is in good condition overall. A few light creases and one re-touched area on painting in the black leaves of the iris. Some thinning on the verso due to removal of previous mount.

Notes: Hand-painted on paper. Deluxe end roller of porcelain/enamel. Silk and backing look near-new so the scroll has probably been rebacked. Includes original Shinsui signed and sealed scroll box so artist attribution is guaranteed.
